No Refunds

JEK Collections Online Store has a no cash refund policy.  If you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the items back to JEK Collections Online Store for store credit only.  Merchandise received will be inspected by JEK Collections Online Store. After we have inspected the merchandise, we will notify you via email of the approval or denial of your store credit.

Returns/Exchanges

The JEK Collections Online Store has a 14 day return or exchange policy. No returns or exchanges are given for purchases after 14 days. Your items must be unworn and in the same condition you received it from JEK Collections Online Store. JJEK Collections Online Store will also replace any item(s) deemed to be defective or damaged within 14 days at no charge. JEK Collections Online Store will also exchange any items due to size as long as the product is unworn and in the same condition as received from JEK Collections Online Store. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning the item(s) to JEK Collections Online Store and the return postage of the exchanged item(s).

You must receive approval from JEK Collections Online Store before shipping any items back to JEK Collections Online Store. Upon receiving approval from JEK Collections Online Store, you will be required to pay the shipping cost to return the items to JEK Collections Online Store, and you will receive an invoice to pay the shipping for all exchanges.

Shipping

Due to our warehouse system your order may be shipped in different packages. We will continuely update you regarding the status of your order via email notifications and tracking number information updates.

We cannot  change or intercept a package to alter the delivery once an item has started processing to ship. We will only ship to address provided at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive notice via email.

Order Delivery Time:

All orders are shipped PRIORITY/FIRST CLASS
& Delivered 5-7 business days from the day you place the order.

Be prepared for delays due to Covid-19. Our fulfillment time will be longer than usual. We understand this is difficult for everyone. Our staff is working diligently to get all orders out in a timely manner.

Lost Or Stolen Packages

Unfortunately sometimes, once shipped, packages go missing or are marked as delivered, yet you have not received them. In this case, you should contact USPS and file a lost or stolen package claim online at USPS Missing Mail.

Tracking

Please allow up to 5 business days for a tracking link to appear in your email. If you have not received a tracking email by that time, contact us.
